Our mission is to support local surfers in Muizenberg by funding their path into surf competitions, helping them grow from talented surfers into future champions.

Support local kids
To support local talent, we set up a coaching system that ensures all our surf instructors are not only great coaches, they are mentors. By the end of the season the collected money helps one of our local surf coaches (or more, if possible) to compete at the SA Champs or WSL Challenger Series. And YOU are making it possible!
How to book
Book any of the “Surf & Donate” lesson as usual, we will handle the donation transparently.
Donation Transparency
We have a dedicated backabuddy account for this purpose. Every donation will be transferred from us into this account including date and time of your surf lesson (we can include your name if you want to).
Results
We share the full story on our social media: which surfer your support helped, which competition they joined, and how it went. We promise, you’ll see a very happy and stoked young surfer riding the wave of opportunity!

Donation
R600 per Person

Beginner Group + Donation
R550 per Person

Payment terms:
We offer payments with PayPal and YOCO. If you choose to pay with YOCO, you’ll be offered to pay via Credit Card, Google Pay or EFT.
Group lessons are booked by one person paying for their spot as down-payment, the rest of the participants pay after the lesson via Credit Card, Cash or Paypal.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule your surf lesson free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your surf lesson, we offer a 50% refund to cover preparation time and lost booking opportunities.
No-shows without notice are non-refundable.
