We offer online surf coaching for beginners, intermediates and advanced surfers, both longboarding and shortboarding.

How it works
- BOOK:
You book the online coaching offer you prefer - TIME SLOT:
Choose a time slot until when you will send us the footage approximately - FILM:
Someone films you while you are in the water (phone is enough but of course good video quality helps) - FOOTAGE:
the footage should be up to 8 waves or 5mins of pure surf footage max - UPLOAD:
You upload the footage and send it to us - ANALYSIS:
Mbuso himself analyses the footage - RECEIVE ANALYSIS:
if you booked the Surf Analysis, we will send you a video including comments on the corresponding frames - RECEIVE COACHING:
if you booked the Surf Coaching including analysis, we will send you the video including comments and arrange for an online meeting to go through them in a 30min video call

How to get the most out of it
- Make sure to have someone film you from the beach
- If you have someone shooting you with a GoPro from the ocean, that’s fine too
- Share a minimum of 4 waves to have enough content and context to feedback on
- You can also edit all your waves together to one video, maximum length is 5mins
- when you get filmed, put the settings to 4k and 60fps, if possible
- Don’t zoom in too much from the beach since it lowers the quality of the footage
